Use liquid fertilizer once germinated & transplant when all danger of frost has passed & the soil is warm. Plants generally reach about 60cm in height. Keep well fertilized and watered. Pick early fruit green to encourage more fruiting. In fruit fly areas the fruit should be protected by bagging.

How to Grow Sweet Banana Capsicum
- Choose the right location with lots of sun to grow Sweet Banana Capsicum. At least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day. The soil should be well-draining and rich in nutrients.
- Planting the seeds indoors in small pots. Sow two to three seeds per pot, about 5mm deep, and water lightly. Once the seedlings have grown to a height of 10-15cm, they can be transplanted into the garden.
- Transplant the seedlings after the threat of frost has passed unless you live in a water climate with no frost. Space them about 60cm apart, and make sure the soil is loose and well-drained.

- Harvest Sweet Banana Capsicum when the fruits are about 15-20cm long and have turned bright yellow. Use a sharp knife or scissors to cut the fruits from the plant, leaving a small piece of stem attached.
- Store them in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. If you want to freeze them, cut them into strips or cubes and blanch them first. Freeze in zip lock bags.
