RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns & Refunds Policy for Direct Compost Solutions states what we will and won’t accept for a return or refund of a product purchased.
Thank you kindly for your order. We hope you get years of satisfaction from your Compot purchase. However, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund, credit or exchange within 60 days of purchase less postage, as long as the product is not damaged and in the same condition as when you purchased it.
With our range of Heritage Seeds, we cannot supply a refund, though depending on the nature of your issue we may offer a replacement as determined by the nature of your issue. There are hundreds of reasons why seeds don’t sprout and as we have no control over this process in your garden we can never give you a satisfactory answer why the seeds you planted did not sprout.
Please contact us so we understand the nature of your issue or request for a refund and thus improve our customer service or perhaps the product.
RETURNS
Your item/s arrived damaged:
Contact us immediately for a replacement or exchange. Email us a photo of the damaged item to receive a replacement. This helps us to improve our packaging.
You changed your mind:
No problem. Simply return the goods undamaged and a refund, less the postage costs, will be deposited to your credit card or bank account or PayPal account.
You can use our courier service for cheaper postage by emailing or calling us. Then we email you a delivery docket that can be printed out and attached to the box.
RETURN PROCESS
Send us an email with your proof of purchase – invoice statement.
Post the goods back to us using your own postage system OR
Use our courier service for cheaper postage rates.
Simply request a printable label to attach to the outside of the box.
If your pick up address is different to the one on the invoice then include these details in the email.
But be aware you need to be home for the courier service to pick up or the parcel needs to be left in a safe place for collection – either – Front Door, Back Door, Side Gate, or Carport.
And you need to tell us this before we send the label as these details are printed on the label so the courier service knows where to pick up if you are not home.
Once the goods have arrived safely at our address a refund will be given less postage costs.
REFUNDS
After we receive the returned goods and inspect the condition of the items, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless they have arrived damaged. In which case please contact us immediately. See notes above about returns.
Liquid products cannot be returned if opened, partly used, or tampered with in any way.
GUARANTEES
We believe we produce a quality product (the eco-eze Compot composter) that should last over 10 years plus in your garden, but usually more depending on how you look after them. A guarantee is given on the green virgin plastic Compots from major damage for 2 years due to a manufacturing fault under normal circumstances. We cannot guarantee the recycled Black Compots as they can break due to the weaker plastic that is used. Therefore we recommend you purchase the green virgin plastic Compots. However, the recycled Black Compots will last just as long if you look after them.
