TOMATO-ROMA GOLDEN has a great taste, mild non-acid flavour, bushy plants, can be used for any purpose anything you would use any tomatoes for such as salads, salsa, canning, sauces, freezing and drying! It’s versatile. Fruit long: 7.5 – 10 cm Fruit. Weight: 70 – 80 grams 70 days. Uncommon, yellow colored variety of the Roma tomato. Retains the great flavor of the Roma but with an exotic color.
Sow in a good mix of soil and lightly cover – keep moist but not wet. To transplant, plant deeper, up to the 1st set of true leaves, this increases rooting & speeds maturity. keep fertilized & evenly watered.

When I started this journey in 2009, I found nothing existed commercially, that was reasonably priced and easy to use. There was a homemade system which I also found was not that user-friendly.
Then a friend of mine told me about a homemade method she used. However, when I tried her method, I found this also didn’t suit my needs, as it too had flaws that I considered where important. It did not keep vermin out, did not have a lockable lid and (to me) looked unsightly in the garden
