Brassica rapa
CABBAGE-BOK CHOY-MINI GREEN is an Asian F1 variety with better disease tolerance, and strength to survive all year except if temperature is too cold or too hot. Tiny bite size plants grow to 10 to 15 cm in height.  They have round leaves which tend to be sweeter than the larger leaf variety, and green stems as opposed to the usual white stem variety.  Can be used is salads and cooking like the larger size Bok Choy.
Plant 3 m deep, 5cm apart. and space rows 20cm apart in a sunny position with well drained soil.  Add lime if soil is too acid.  They will be ready to harvest in roughly 6 weeks if conditions are good and climate is somewhere near 10 to 20c.
Biennial grown as a annual.

More About Us
When I started this journey in 2009, I found nothing existed commercially, that was reasonably priced and easy to use. There was a homemade system which I also found was not that user-friendly.
Then a friend of mine told me about a homemade method she used. However, when I tried her method, I found this also didn’t suit my needs, as it too had flaws that I considered where important. It did not keep vermin out, did not have a lockable lid and (to me) looked unsightly in the garden
