Cucumis sativus

A classic, exceptionally crisp cucumber. Burpee introduced this now classic cucumber in 1893, after receiving it from a customer in western NY State.  It has been known by many names since then, including Albino, Ivory King, Jack Frost, Landreths White Slicing & White Albino. Pale ivory, the 15 to 20cm long and 5 to 7.5cm wide. Fruits have an exceptionally crisp texture, making for excellent fresh eating or tasty pickles. Produces high yields, even in high heat. Greenish-white in color they have a cylindrical shape with rounded ends & a nice mild taste.
