FLOWER-SUNFLOWER-TEDDY BEAR Dwarf bushy plant grows to a height of 40 to 60cm. Their claim to fame is the super fluffy look of golden yellow flowers of pure petals. Spectacular in the garden or container but need to be staked. Multiple flowers on one stem. Dead head old flowers to encourage growth. Love full sunlight and well drained composted soil.
Sow in Spring or early Summer.
Drought tolerant but keep well-watered. Do not overwater. Bad soil uses good organic liquid fertiliser or slow release fertiliser,
Sow in groups depth 12m either directly in the garden or in toilet rolls then transplanted to the garden. The cardboard barrier will help deter cut worms. When true leaves appear or they reach 50cm thin to 40 to 60cm.

More About Us
When I started this journey in 2009, I found nothing existed commercially, that was reasonably priced and easy to use. There was a homemade system which I also found was not that user-friendly.
Then a friend of mine told me about a homemade method she used. However, when I tried her method, I found this also didn’t suit my needs, as it too had flaws that I considered where important. It did not keep vermin out, did not have a lockable lid and (to me) looked unsightly in the garden
