Lycopersicon esculentum
TOMATO-JAUNE FLAMME (Yellow Flame in French) is an outstanding French variety with a perfect, fruity blend of sweet & tart flavors. The plants are highly productive & produce clusters of apricot-colored fruit about the size of a golf ball. Outstanding for use either fresh, roasted or dried, it retains its rich color when cooked. Yellow/Orange tomatoes can be even better for you than red tomatoes as they contain a more easily assimilated form of lycopene. This is an early producer with ample crops of apricot-colored 85 – 120-gram toms & is suitable for all climate zones. An indeterminate (climbing) type so requires staking.
Sow in a good mix of soil and lightly cover, keep moist but not wet. Transplant when seedlings achieve 4-6 leaves.

More About Us
When I started this journey in 2009, I found nothing existed commercially, that was reasonably priced and easy to use. There was a homemade system which I also found was not that user-friendly.
Then a friend of mine told me about a homemade method she used. However, when I tried her method, I found this also didn’t suit my needs, as it too had flaws that I considered where important. It did not keep vermin out, did not have a lockable lid and (to me) looked unsightly in the garden
